Splinter meeting request
Side meetings on non-commercial purposes organized by participants during the course of the conference can be reserved for two successive time blocks in the rooms mentioned below free of charge. Commercial meetings (e.g. editorial board meetings) can be booked in these rooms for €200 for smaller enterprises (up to 10 full-time employees) or €400 for larger enterprises (more than 10 full-time employees) per time block. All splinter meeting participants need to be registered for the conference. The rooms are equipped with a data projector. Laptops, microphones, and tables are not provided in these rooms.
Please note that splinter meeting rooms are not available for session extensions.

For separate meetings outside the congress centre, rooms of various sizes are available in nearby hotels (e.g. NH Danube City or Arcotel Kaiserwasser). Rental fees have to be borne by the splinter meeting organizer(s).
Splinter meeting rooms can no longer be booked online. Please contact the EGU Information desk onsite for requesting a splinter meeting room.
Catering
Catering can be ordered through our conference caterer, Motto Catering. Motto Catering also offers lunch bags which can be ordered.
